Our clients love our original Clearwater 1750AR, but some wanted it to be a little larger, while others suggested that we add a luxurious master bedroom suite. Our new Clearwater 2095AL addresses all the desired wants and needs. The big island in the kitchen, the walk-in pantry, the first-floor laundry area, the covered porch, an open central living area with high-vaulted ceilings, and, of course, the master suite amenities. If you need a little more space, you can always add to the basement. If you have the right property, we could turn the basement into a walkout.
