We trimmed cost by reducing the amount of glass in the home and a few other amenities, but this home is still fantastic in every way imaginable. Vaulted ceilings, main floor master bedroom suite, main floor laundry area and a spacious kitchen with a large island that flows with the open great room and dining room areas. If you want additional space, finishing the basement would be a wise choice. While this home doesn't initially include an attached garage, you can easily add one immediately or later on.
