Our Laramie plan is only 864 square feet, but is exactly what people have in mind when they're thinking of a "small getaway cabin". Finishing the basement will nearly double the size of your home. Bathrooms:	1 to 2 Bathrooms (with optional lower level)
Garage Stalls:	Optional garage can be added. (Attached or Detached)
First Floor Laundry:	Not as drawn. But, could be added.
First Floor Master Bedroom:	Yes
Options:	All of our plans can be reversed or flipped in any orientation.  Nearly any floor plan can have Lofts, Prow Walls, Covered Porches, and Garage Stalls added or removed.
