Our favorite version of the American Eagle series is layout "D". Although this version may seem small with the first and second level being a total of 2432 square feet, the home presents much larger. We especially love the master bedroom suite and laundry area. If you need additional space, you can easily turn this three-bedroom home into a five-bedroom home by finishing the lower level.
