Why wouldn't you want a home customized to your family? Golden Eagle does not charge more because you are requesting a custom plan or changes to the blueprints. Your package price is based simply on how much material it takes to build your home. This home is one of our favorites, with 4 dormers, a covered porch, open loft, 15' plus high ceilings in the great room and many other amenities the Mountain View cabin tends to stand-out and get noticed.
