In this professionally-filmed series of videos, we guide you through the entire process of building his dream home. This timber-style home is similar to our Timber Ranch I UCT, with some unique and exciting floor plan differences. Plan changes include adding a master suite reading loft above the walk-in closet, and lofted spaces in both the childrens' bedrooms for playtime. These "bonus areas" became available when the homeowner modified the plan by adding extra tall main floor walls and ceilings. Additional plan changes requested included a larger expanded kitchen cabinetry layout, a pet room, and a stairway to the basement from the garage. We refer to the lofted spaces in this ranch-style home as "bonus areas" because they are accessed solely by library-style ladders. Therefore, the "bonus areas" are not technically counted towards the overall square footage of this home.

	What Construction Styles are available for the Timber Ranch II - UCT floor plan.
	The Timber Ranch II - UCT floor plan above is shown as a Ultra Custom Timber Package. However, we can also offer this plan as any of the following construction types (also referred to as packages): Traditional Log Home Package (square timbers, full/round-log, half/round-log, and more) Modern Mountain Series Package Barndominium Series Package

	I like this floor plan. However, I would like it flipped the other way around. Can it be flipped?
	Absolutely! All of our floor plans are able to be flipped or rotated in any orientation to match the property, sun exposure, and your personal preferences.

	Can I remove the attached garage from this plan?
	Certainly! We can easily remove the attached garage from the Timber Ranch II - UCT floor plan. (It may reduce the cost of the home as well.)

	*The Timber Ranch II - UCT does not show a basement. Can I get this home with a basement (lower level)?*
	Yes. Adding a basement is quite simple. And the added benefit of adding a basement is it increases your square footage with minimal cost. If you think about it, all you are doing is adding a little more to the foundation and a few support walls and you have nearly doubled the square footage.

	The Timber Ranch II - UCT floor plan is great. But, I'd like more bedrooms. Can a second floor or a lot level be added to the Timber Ranch II - UCT floor plan?.
	Definitely! On most floor plans it is extremely easy to add a second floor or a loft. Note, The main floor floor plan may have to be altered a little bit to add space for a stairway. Note, Second floors or lofts are an extremely easy way to add square footage to home without adding a tremendous amount of cost. Because, the roof structure would remain virtually the same, you're just adding walls.

	Can I make changes or customize the Timber Ranch II - UCT floor plan to add some features that I would like?
	This is where we excel... All of our plans can be modified to meet your design goals. Every log and timber home we sell is custom tailored to your specific wants and needs.
