| The Modern Mountain - Grand Mesa does not show a basement. Can I get this home with a basement (lower level)? | |
| Yes. Adding a basement is quite simple. And the added benefit of adding a basement is it increases your square footage with minimal cost. If you think about it, all you are doing is adding a little more to the foundation and a few support walls and you have nearly doubled the square footage. | |
